Kinetics of Enzymes and Molecular Machines

The Beijing Computational Science Research Center (CSRC), together with colleagues from the Computational Biology group at QBiC/RIKEN and The Korea Institute for Advanced Study (KIAS), is organizing a workshop "Kinetics of Enzymes and Molecular Machines", 18-19 Aug, 2015. 

 

Four half-day theme programs are planned:

-- Computational studies of functional proteins and molecular machines: examples, success, challenging issues

-- Single-molecule experiments + protein structure determination

-- Theoretical issues arising from multiscale representation of stochastic dynamics in a complex landscape

-- Recent developments in whole cell experiments, modeling and simulations
